Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from confirmation. Customized and bulk orders may take longer; an estimate is shared after order confirmation.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 4–10 business days based on pincode. Remote locations may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination, and confirmed before dispatch. COD orders may have an additional handling fee.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared by SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also track using the Track Order page on this website.

Undelivered Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
