Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed products in their original packaging.
Damaged or Wrong Product
Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video to info@carpetworld.online.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order carpets
- Used, washed or installed products
- Items without original packaging
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days from receipt of the returned item at our warehouse. COD refunds are made via bank transfer.
