Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Before Dispatch

Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp or email for free cancellation. Prepaid amounts are refunded within 7 working days.

After Dispatch

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery; reverse-shipping charges may apply.

Customized Orders

Customized, made-to-order or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Seller Cancellation

Verma Carpet Udyog reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect/incomplete address. Full refunds are issued in such cases.
